• The blade is made of the alloy X50CrMoV15. Each individual component has a specific task: chromium (wear resistance), molybdenum (corrosion resistance), carbon (strength).
• The birch handle has a special grain, making each handle unique! The shape feels natural and lies comfortably in the hand
• Extensive hardening process with deep-freeze treatment achieves a knife at 58 HRC, which is hard, tough and has a long cutting edge, but can also be resharpened easily and effectively
• A smooth, slightly curved edge is the “standard” for the most common chef’s knives, as it allows a clean, smooth cut in soft and also harder cut material with ease
