The brand new E161i six zone induction range is ideal for schools, care homes, cafés and smaller pubs and restaurants with limited service periods. Six 1.5kW heat zones, 6mm toughened glass hob, precise and instantly controllable heat zone power control and pan sensing technology which turns the zone off when no pan is present, saving energy. Zones can be boosted to 3kW when time and intense heat is of the essence. The 2/1 GN fan-assisted oven with twin glass-panelled doors has 5 shelf positions and is supplied with two shelves. The unit is supplied on adjustable castors. Supplied in single or three phase versions.
