With independently-controlled twin pans, it allows you to fry different items simultaneously – perfect for cooking different dishes, or simply powering one side down to save energy during quieter hours.

The elements of the E3845F2 are extremely efficient, delivering fast heat up and recovery times, making the fryer perfect for busy kitchens. Each of the pan has a generous 10Ltr capacity, providing an output of up to 25kg of chips per pan, per hour. What sets the E3845F2 apart is its built-in filtration system, which extends the lifespan of your oil by removing food particles, ensuring cleaner, longer-lasting oil and better tasting food. Filtration is fast and easy, and can even be completed mid-service if required.
