The Falcon double chamber electric cook & hold oven is built for high-volume kitchens that demand precision and flexibility. With a twin-control system each chamber can be set independently, allowing chefs to cook, warm and hold two different menus simultaneously. The 5-inch colour touchscreen delivers real-time status updates and colour-coded action sequences, so staff can see at a glance what’s happening from across the kitchen, reducing supervision and streamlining service.

Designed for efficiency, the oven offers overnight cooking and automatic hold modes that keep dishes at the perfect temperature whilst minimising energy use and labour. Up to 48 recipes can be stored per chamber, and 15 shelf positions (with three shelves supplied) provide generous GN-compatible capacity. Removable drip trays and easy-replace heating elements cut cleaning and maintenance time, whilst the robust 316 stainless steel construction and castors protect against rust and saline damage for long-term reliability.
