An intuitive 5″ colour touchscreen provides real-time status and colour¿coded prompts, whilst visible and audible door¿open alarms help maintain temperatures. Overnight cooking with automatic hold supports consistent results with reduced energy use and labour, and optional temperature probes ensure accurate core temperature monitoring.

Generous 1/1 GN¿compatible capacity with 15 shelf positions and three shelves makes batch cooking and banqueting simple – shelves measure 435(W) x 630(D)mm. Up to 48 recipes can be stored for fast, repeatable programming, streamlining staff training and service. A removable drip tray speeds clean¿down, and easy¿replace elements, 316 stainless steel construction and robust castors are built for demanding commercial kitchens. Rated at 5kW for 3¿phase supply yet convertible to single phase at installation (230V, 32A, L1:22A), the Falcon CH15-11P helps reduce downtime, improve workflow and control running costs.
