Sturdy and safe, and with 6.9kW of power, the FriFri fryer’s stainless steel tank has the capacity to cook 20kg of perfectly fried chips per hour, while a rear-mounted slot-in lid that also acts as a splashback and basket support.
The Profi+ 10 is easy to maintain and clean too, with a user-friendly front valve for oil draining and strong stainless steel construction.
