This unit is designed for high-volume operations, accommodating up to 16 GN 1/1 or 600×400 trays and boasting an impressive 80 kg batch capacity.

Designed for efficiency and flexibility, the blast chiller offers user-defined cycles, programmable delta-T, and a multilevel mode, allowing for staggered loading of trays with different preparation times. Its 60mm PU insulation and a magnetic 4-sided gasket contribute to energy saving, maintaining precise temperatures with minimal power consumption.
