The Friulinox Ready blast chiller/freezer is a powerful and versatile solution for rapidly cooling and freezing large quantities of food. Engineered for peak performance, it can chill up to 90kg of food from +90°C to +3°C, or shock-freeze to -18°C core temperature, making it ideal for high-volume operations like banqueting and event catering. Twin fans ensure uniform airflow for consistent results across all 24 GN 1/1 or 600×400 trays.

Designed for efficiency and food safety, the unit automatically switches to a +3°C holding temperature after chilling, helping to maintain food quality. Its 60mm polyurethane insulation keeps temperatures consistent whilst conserving energy, whilst the hygienic stainless steel interior with radiused corners and tool-free rack removal simplifies cleaning. A magnetic four-sided gasket further enhances energy efficiency and hygiene.

The intuitive 7-inch icon-driven user interface provides easy control, and the blast chiller is Wi-Fi ready, allowing for convenient HACCP data export via Wi-Fi or USB.
