A generous 456Ltr usable capacity is organised with four sturdy wire shelves and full 1/1 size gastronorm tray compatibility – holding 2x 1/1GN per shelf. Alternatively, you can place trays directly into the support rails for further flexibility.

Consistent performance is provided by a unique air distribution system that maintains even temperatures throughout the cabinet, backed by rapid pull-down and automatic defrost to minimise maintenance. The extended temperature range adds flexibility for varied menus, and the powerful refrigeration system copes confidently with frequent door openings in fast-paced service.
