Built in durable, easy-clean stainless steel inside and out, the cabinet includes four sturdy wire shelves and is fully GN compatible, holding 2x 1/1GN trays per shelf on shelves or support rails. Automatic defrost and rapid temperature recovery save staff time and maintain performance during busy service whilst hygiene is simplified with rounded interior corners and removable magnetic door gaskets.
