With a generous 319Ltr net capacity across five sturdy stainless steel wire shelves, the SC500 provides plenty of space to defrost, chill or freeze batches whilst maintaining even airflow. Powerful fans and an efficient evaporator deliver fast pull-down and consistent results on every shelf.

Built inside and out from durable, easy-clean stainless steel, the Gram SC500 is specifically designed for busy commercial kitchens. A hands-free pedal door opener speeds loading and lowers cross-contamination risk, whilst adjustable legs help level the cabinet for a perfect fit.
