Expand your hot holding capacity with the reliable Hatco HDW-3N narrow freestanding warming drawers. Thanks to its unique design, the warmer is ideal for holding products that are lower in height profile such as bacon, sausage, rolls and delicate products that are not normally stacked.
The drawers feature adjustable sliding vents and thermostatic controls to hold a wide variety of hot foods safely for peak serving periods. In addition, the HDW-3N drawers have a food pan, a temperature monitor and a power On/Off switch for each drawer, so you’ve got all the control you need to safely keep food warm for extended periods.
