The latest generation of Hatco’s RHW range of round heated wells offers even greater control of heating and holding temperatures. The RHW2-1B Multipurpose Heated well combines the flexibility of food warmers, soup kettles, bain maries, steamers and pasta cookers into one incredibly versatile kitchen appliance.

Featuring a user-friendly design, it’s never been easier to control your food holding. Whether you’re cooking or holding, the Hatco RHW makes it simple, allowing you to adjust temperature, times and heat/holding modes in an instant. This model of the Hatco RHW2-1B is designed to be installed “drop-in” style into a counter, making it perfect for buffet or self service areas.

• Set timers for cooking and holding modes. Exact single degree increments in holding mode
• Supplied with one holding pot and lid
• Electronic thermostatic control – set temperature range from 40-95°C in hold mode
• Default 100°C in heat mode
• Timer: 1-360 minutes in hold mode, 1-120 minutes in heat mode
• Toggle from heat to hold mode automatically upon countdown of timer in heat mode
