Made in Germany, the Hobart Ecomax F515SW dishwasher is specifically designed for efficiency, ease of use and fantastic dishwashing results. With 90 or 180 second cycles, washing is incredibly fast and thorough, leaving crockery and cutlery sparkling clean every time.

With double walled construction, not only does the Hobart F515SW provide quieter everyday operation – the energy efficiency of the dishwasher is improved too, helping to reduce running costs and your environmental impact. Front-mounted digital controls make operation effortless as well, so there’s little training needed to achieve great dishwashing results.

The F515SW also includes a built-in drain pump and water softener, so it’s simple to position where it’s most needed – perfect for medium sized restaurants, cafés, food courts and more.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.
