The SBU-65-GT Hoshizaki Advance blast chiller delivers rapid temperature pull-down that keeps production moving and HACCP records accurate. Accepting up to fourteen 1/1GN or 600x400mm bakery trays, the unit chills 70kg to +3°C or freezes 38kg to -18°C whilst maintaining full flavour and texture. Heavy-duty stainless steel construction, Climate Class 5 performance to +40°C ambient, and height-adjustable legs (101-155mm) make the cabinet a dependable, easy-clean workhorse for any high-output kitchen.
