Producing up to 103kg of crystal clear 23x28x28mm cubes every 24 hours, whilst holding 38kg ready for service, the compact unit guarantees a reliable supply that stands up to long drinks and rapid chilling. A closed water circuit, automatic rinse cycle and magnetic DC pump ensure each batch is formed from fresh, contaminant-free water for consistently hard, slow-melting ice.

Daily upkeep is refreshingly simple. Front-mounted controls, a cleanable air filter and a removable water pan make routine checks quick, whilst the internal drain pump allows flexible positioning where gravity waste isn’t suitable. Add the removable door gasket and supplied scoop, and the Hoshizaki New Gen ice machine delivers hygiene, convenience and premium ice quality that busy professionals can depend on.
