The Imperial ITG-24 gas two burner griddle is the perfect solution for unleashing your kitchen’s full potential. Engineered for high-demand professional areas, its two powerful 9kW burners work in harmony with a highly polished 25mm thick steel plate, ensuring exceptional heat retention and rapid temperature recovery. This combination allows you to consistently produce perfectly cooked food, even during the busiest service periods.

Designed with the everyday use in mind, aeration baffles between the burners guarantee an even spread of heat across the entire 610mm cooking surface, eliminating hot spots and maximising output. Cleaning is made simple thanks to a generous 102mm wide grease gutter and a large 3.8Ltr grease tray, which cleverly features a weep hole to indicate when it requires emptying. With a continuous pilot for instant ignition, the Imperial ITG-24 griddle is designed to always be ready for the next busy service.
