Description
The Lainox Naboo gas combination oven has a 10″ full colour touch screen that is easy to use and can be configured to suit every kitchen’s requirements. Popular menu items can be placed onto the home screen so can be started with a single touch, while recipes can be organised in folders, making them easier to access for all users. Multilevel cooking enables menu items with different cooking times to be cooked at the same temperature, with the oven’s intelligence able to identify other saved recipes that can also be cooked under these parameters.
- Each oven has its own 10″ HD colour touch screen is easy and intuitive to use and can be customised to suit the user’s requirements. Bottom oven control screen is located at a more convenient operator height.
- Wifi connectivity as standard allows combi to be managed from anywhere – add / adapt recipes, check HACCP data etc
- Comes with conversion kit co can be converted to LPG
- Multilevel and Just-in-Time cooking modes allow cooking of multiple items at the same time, with oven alerting when each item is ready or when to put each item into the oven so everything is ready at the same time
- Automatic washing system with 7 different programs makes it easy to keep the oven chamber clean
- Pre-heat temperature of up to 320°C, reducing recovery time and ensures food cooked at a more consistent cooking temperature
