The UK-made Lincat Phoenix PHDR01 dual fuel oven range is a fantastic combination of power, performance and reliability – all essential features for the modern professional kitchen.

With six 6kW hob positions and a high capacity 6kW electric oven, the Lincat PHDR01 oven provides plenty of space for cooking a huge variety of foods. High power burners don’t just lead to faster heat-up times – they also let you achieve higher temperatures, speeding up processes such as boiling, caramelisation or sautéing. The clever low flue design also allows more space for larger pots and pans across the top – giving more room to work with if you’re cooking bulk amounts.

Below, the main 6kW fan assisted oven provides space for up to four full-size gastronorm trays, allowing you to quickly transfer trays between stations without having to change containers. The oven also features two sturdy shelves and five cooking positions, so there’s plenty of flexibility inside to cook larger items such as joints of meat.

The Lincat Phoenix oven is easy to clean too, with strong stainless steel construction throughout as well as a fully-pressed hob design and removable pan supports. It’s also got handy castors fitted as standard, further simplifying installation and cleaning.
