Description

Use a Merrychef coooking tray to transfer food from the paddle to the cookplate. The edges of the trays catch any grease or liquid keeping the cavity of the oven and the cook plate clean. Trays are available in colours to avoid cross-contamination between food items. e.g. vegetarian and meat.
