The Merrychef PSR162 panini press perfectly compliments your Merrychef high speed oven. This accessory uses a paddle to slide food into the press between a top and bottom plate. When the paddle is removed, the grill lowers to compress the food, making this incredibly easy to use compared to other solutions.

It’s easy to install too – the panini press replaces the cook plate in the cavity and stays in the oven while you continue to cook other food items using Merrychef liners or trays on top of the panini press cook plates. To remove and clean, simply lift it out of the cavity when it has cooled down.

This panini press has a high opening for panini, bagels, subs and sandwiches, and also features a flat bottom plate.
