Built with a 600mm wide, 18mm thick fully chromed steel plate, this griddle delivers consistent, high-temperature cooking perfect for searing meats, griddling breakfast items, or achieving flawless caramelisation.

Powered by two 11kW burners, it heats up quickly and maintains precise temperature control, whilst the piezo ignition ensures reliable, instant starts whenever required.

Durability meets easy maintenance with the Mirror’s heavy duty stainless steel construction, removable grease tray, and side/rear splash guards to keep nearby workstations clear.
