Simply add water to the internal pan, allow to heat up and then place your gastronorm pans over the top (sold separately). Gentle wet heating keeps food warm without burning or drying out. And once you’re all done, the whole unit is easy to drain down and clean. Includes built-in boil-dry safety protection.
