Designed for everyday professional performance, the griddle benefits from a 10mm thick polished cooking plate. Not only is the cooking surface easy to clean, its thickness also ensures reduced recovery times – allowing you to cook more without having to wait as long for the cooking surface to get back up to the right temperature – perfect for keeping queues down.
Operation couldn’t be easier – simply select a temperature and click the simple Piezo ignition button to light. During cooking, any excess fat or grease can be channeled into the removable drainage drawer.
