Description
Add a bright burst of colour to your baking with PME’s liquid food colouring in royal blue. Great for mixing into cake batter, cookie dough, royal icing, buttercream and more, this liquid food colour contains only 100% natural pigment and is alcohol and caffeine free. The liquid is dispensed through a drip cap which releases uniform droplets. Just a small amount is needed, with one tablespoon suggested per 250g. Add gradually to achieve richer, more vibrant colours.
Ingredients – Humectant (E422), Colours (E133, E120), Maltodextrin. Nutritional Info (per 100g): Energy: 0 Kcal/Kj. Fat: 0g, of which saturates: 60g, Carbohydrates: 0g, of which sugars: 0g, Fibre: 0g, Protein: 0g, Salt: 0g.
Storage Instructions – Store in a cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening.
