Incredibly easy to use, the DHB2PT-GMCN effectively keeps both fried and non-fried foods warm, whilst helping to retain the taste, texture and size. This helps to reduce waste and queues – essential for fast-paced sites.

Heating is provided by Prince Castle exclusive Reli-A-Temp technology, which reduces the likelihood of hot or cold spots in each bin. Each bin is independently controlled too, so you have the precision to keep food at the perfect serving temperature, whilst reducing energy usage if you don’t need to use both bins.

The Prince Castle Dedicated Holding Bins (DHBs) provide the “work-in-process” capacity required for large foodservice while performing at peak energy efficiency. With stainless steel constructed exterior and cavity walls, the DHBs feature a digital control system for precise heater temperature control.
