Designed specifically for use alongside the Rieber K-Pot, the 1/1GN 100mm deep sized Rieber Buffet Range Nano Thermoplate helps to improve cooking performance and efficiency in comparison to traditional stainless steel gastronorm trays. Made from an innovative 2.6mm Swiss-Ply multi-layer material, the Thermoplate has improved heat and cold conductivity, allowing cooking up to ten times faster than stainless steel. The thermoplate is suitable for all appliances and cooking surfaces, including gas. Hygienic, food safe, stainless odourless and antibacterial – a superb cooking container for everyday professional use.
