The S68C features hopper refrigeration that keeps the mix below 4.4ºC (40ºF) during both Cool and Standby modes, ensuring food safety and product quality. With a capacity of up to 420 servings per hour (based on 80g portions), it’s ideal for high-demand environments.

The adjustable control system allows operators to customise texture and consistency, while the microprocessor control gives access to key system settings and functions. A user-friendly digital interface displays information including system status, temperatures, serve count and error alerts.

Automatic programming enables seamless mode switching based on preset schedules, and the built-in auto-pasteurisation system reduces manual cleaning to just once every 21 days.
