Ensure consistent cooking results with Spidocook’s Caldolux cook and hold static oven. Combining low-temperature cooking (max 120°C) and holding (max 100°C) – full cycle up to max 10+10 hrs – the oven is designed to produce better food quality and higher yields than normal convection ovens. The digital control panel allows for ultimate control over the cooking and holding settings.

- The holding function keeps the food inside the cooking chamber at the ideal temperature
