Description
This powerful, large capacity, TurboChef electric oven can rapidly cook food but does not compromise its quality. This attractive steel and aluminium oven is ideal for restaurants, fine dining, bistros and bakeries; the smart menu system can hold 200 menus and a re-circulating catalytic convertor allows for ventless operation, limiting grease and smoke emissions. Metal pans can be used in this oven which can cook 10 times faster than conventional models and can be adapted from single to 3 phase if desired.
