Description

Twinings’ Redbush enveloped tea bags are made using the freshest leaves of the Redbush plant. The beating hot sun in the Western Cape province of South Africa gives the tea its juicy, refreshing flavour and copper-red colour. Because it’s full of anti-oxidants and naturally caffeine-free, you can drink Redbush day or night. Just shut your eyes and savour each sip of sunshine.

Ideal for hotels, resorts, guesthouses and B&Bs, these Twinings plant-based tea bags are biodegradable. They will break down within 6 months if placed into a local authority compost caddy, though they may not compost as quickly if left in garden compost (as typically these are not sufficiently hot).

About Twinings

Twinings brand
Twinings began in 1706 when Thomas Twining began to sell it in his coffee house on London’s Strand, with the promise to only sell the very best quality and variety. By 1750 tea was the drink of choice for the masses and Twining opened the very first tea shop in London, The Golden Lyon. More than 300 years later tea is still sold from the shop and, though times have changed, the passion for quality is still there. Over 3000 cups of tea are tasted ever week by expert blenders to ensure the innovation and creativity never falters.
