Description
Cook deliciously succulent chicken with the powerful BR2400CELPGST LPG Vizu pressure fryer. Designed to cook up to 64 pieces of chicken every 10 minutes (approx.), the Vizu has an impressive high output for busy kitchens.
With its 6″ touch screen controller, the Vizu BR2400CELPGST is very easy to use, and automatically resets itself back to its preset after each cook, reducing the chance of operator error.
This pressure fryer is fitted with an integral filter box and pump which sits beneath the pressure fryer. Once clean, the oil is then pumped back, reducing both oil and safety risks. Strong stainless steel construction makes the fryer easy to clean.
