Description
The VI014SHHC Vizu mini humidified holding cabinet is specifically designed to hold food at set temperatures whilst also retaining accurate humidity levels. Perfect for meats, vegetables, fish, burgers, chicken, ribs, and more, the cabinet provides plenty of capacity to hold up to six full-size (1/1 GN) gastronorm trays of food for extended periods.
An internal fan and water pan helps to maintain humidity, preventing the contents from drying out. It’s easy to clean too, thanks to its simple design and removable pan runners
