Ensure food is drained of excess liquid with this 1/3 size gastronorm drainer plate from Vogue. An essential accessory to Vogue’s range of gastronorm trays, simply place the drainer plate at the bottom of the gastronorm and put food on top. The juices will go through the drain holes in the plate, separating liquids from solids to extend storage times and retain ingredient quality.
Constructed from strong stainless steel, the drainer tray is very robust and durable – enabling it to stand up to years of heavy duty usage. It’s dishwasher safe too, helping to save time and promote improved food hygiene.
