The 9kW oven can hold four full sized gastronorm pans, allowing you to cook large quantities of food consistently and simultaneously. Without the limitation of burners on top, careful heat gradients can be produced to warm a variety of foods both hard and delicate simultaneously, with the open space allowing for numerous pots and pans.
