The Baker's Pride P22S is a compact electric oven for fresh-dough pizza, pre-baked crusts, pretzels, flatbreads and other bakery products. Its two cordierite decks make it useful for cafés, pubs, takeaways and smaller professional kitchens that need dedicated deck-oven results without a full-size floorstanding appliance.

Each of the two decks can accommodate a pizza up to 16 inches in diameter, giving a total working capacity of 2 pizzas when both decks are loaded. Each product remains in direct contact with its own cordierite baking surface.

The P22S uses cordierite baking decks as the cooking surface for pizza, flatbread and bakery products. The deck format supports direct-contact baking and gives each of the oven's two levels a dedicated surface rather than relying on a shared tray or wire shelf.

Independent top and bottom Incoloy heating elements allow the heat above and below the product to be controlled separately. This gives the operator more flexibility when balancing surface browning with base baking across different doughs, toppings and bakery products.

A 15-minute electric timer provides a continuous audible ring at the end of the selected time and has a manual shut-off. The timer supports repeatable production checks, although the operator still needs to assess the finished product and adjust time or heat for different recipes.

The oven measures 572(H) x 813(W) x 775(D)mm and weighs 60kg net. The chosen counter must be stable, heat-resistant and able to carry the weight, with sufficient surrounding clearance for safe operation and the front access needed to load both decks.

The double-deck oven is rated at 3.6kW and requires a 208V single-phase electrical supply. That voltage should be verified carefully against the site services before ordering, with circuit protection, isolation and connection assessed by a suitably competent electrician.

Switch off, isolate and let both decks cool before removing loose crumbs and baked-on debris using methods suitable for cordierite. Clean the stainless steel exterior with a non-abrasive product, keep electrical controls dry and avoid thermal shock or harsh treatment of the baking stones.
