Designed for performance and user-friendly operation, the cooker features six 4.3kW burners with incredibly strong cast iron pan supports across the hob. The oven cavity itself has gastronorm compatibility and can accommodate up to five double size (2/1) pans. This will help to maximise your cooking capacity to ensure you can keep up with demand during even the busiest of services!

Inside, the powerful 7.1kW oven burner delivers a fast heat up, whilst ignition is via taper or simple push-button piezo. Removable pan supports, lockable castors and stainless steel construction make the oven range easy to position and clean.

Please note: configured for a natural gas connection by default – can be converted for propane gas by qualified engineer (conversion kit included).

Important: unit must be installed and commissioned by a Gas Safe Engineer. Unit is unsuitable for installation in mobile units such as vans and food trucks.

Do you need to use extraction with commercial gas ovens?

Legislation requires that almost all commercial gas ovens should be positioned under a suitable extraction canopy. If you’re not sure, its worthwhile to check with a registered catering equipment fitter to ensure your existing setup is suitable.

What is the blue safety clip for on the Buffalo Oven Range?

The flexible blue clip attaches the oven to the wall. As the oven is mounted on castors, it’d be easy to damage the gas hose if the clip wasn’t in position. As such, the clip prevents the oven moving away further than the gas hose length.
