The Falcon Dominator E3196 ceramic glass top electric oven range is designed to be an easy, cost effective way for you to move from gas to electric without compromising on cooking performance.

The glass hob has six 230mm square zones, with round 2.3kW elements underneath. The elements heat up incredibly quickly, reducing heat-up times – perfect for busy kitchens. The glass also features a warning light, which illuminates to warn users when the surface is hot. This stays on until the glass has cooled down enough to touch.

Below, the 2/1 GN fan-assisted oven has five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard and a temperature range of 100-250°C. The vitreous enamelled oven chamber has a full width removable drip tray, making it simpler to clean and to keep clean. Glass panels in the oven door allow the user to monitor cooking progress without losing any valuable heat.
