With a exceptionally powerful solid top which can reach temperatures of up to 400C, as well as a large 7.2kW double sized (2/1) gastronorm compatible oven, the LPG gas Falcon Dominator Plus G3107 single bullseye solid top oven range is the ideal addition to busy professional restaurants, hotels, canteens and takeaways. The Falcon oven range is incredibly versatile – the solid top can accommodate many more pots and pans than standard open top models, whilst the large oven is compatible with large gastronorm pans over five oven shelf positions. The robust stainless steel construction is simple to clean and fits in with other commercial kitchen appliances.
