With a exceptionally powerful solid top which can reach temperatures of 400C, as well as a 7.2kW double sized (2/1) gastronorm compatible oven, the natural gas Falcon Dominator Plus G3107 single bullseye solid top oven range is the perfect addition to busy restaurants, hotels, canteens and takeaways. The Falcon oven range is incredibly versatile – the solid top can accommodate many more pots and pans than standard open top models, whilst the large oven is compatible with large gastronorm pans over five oven shelf positions. The robust stainless steel construction is simple to clean and fits in with other commercial kitchen appliances.
