One Series induction is perfect for Chefs in operations that have lower demand or service times, including care homes, cafés and coffee shops. It offers all the benefits of induction – speed, control, energy efficiency, easy clean, low heat emission – along with the build quality and reliability you expect from Falcon, just with lower power, performance and cost than Falcon’s standard induction models. The top features 4 x 1.85mm heat zones, that are 180mm in diameter. Zones can be Boosted to 3kW for up to 10 minutes to give an additional heat boost when required. The hob sits above a 1/1 GN fan-assisted oven with glass panelled door that can be supplied with left or right hand hinge.
