Returns
You can return products within 14 days of delivery. We will process refund requests within 3 working days of a return request. All returns are subject to the below refund policies:
Faulty Items
- If a product is found to be faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs and:
- provide a replacement item, or
- provide a full refund if this is your preference.
Non-Faulty Items
- In the case of non-faulty items, we will consider returns only if the items are in an unopened and unused condition and suitable for resale.
- Shipping fees & delivery charges are non-refundable.
- The cost of returning the item(s) will need to be covered by you.
- Some items, such as made-to-order & personalised products may have a 25% restock fee applied due to the fact that we will have already incurred costs to prepare or create these items. You will be advised at the time of your return query if this is the case.
Please note, as per our Terms & Conditions (see ‘BESPOKE GOODS‘ Section 19), that some items, such as bespoke and made-to-order products possibly cannot be returned unless they are deemed to be faulty. For these types of items please contact us returning items to us. You will be advised at the time of your return query if this is the case. - We may consider a return after 14 days from the delivery date, at our discretion. A 25% re-stocking fee may be applied to such returned items.
