The Robot Coupe BL5 is suitable for catering operations preparing sweet and savoury liquids. It can quickly blend soups, veloutés, sauces, coulis, purées and batters for crêpes, pancakes, waffles and cakes, making it useful for varied batch production.

It has a 5Ltr stainless steel bowl and a maximum quantity of 3.5L per operation. It can process small or large quantities, but the blade must remain fully immersed when blending a very small amount. Do not fill beyond the maximum level inside the bowl.

Designed for durability, its powerful 1200 W motor supports fast, fine blending, while the variable-speed control runs from 500 to 12600 rpm. Pulse mode provides precise control, R-Crush reverses the blade intermittently for crushing or grinding, and the timer supports repeatable processing.

The timer can track an operating cycle or be set between 5 seconds and 9 minutes 59 seconds. A timed cycle stops the blender and sounds the buzzer at 0:00. The display can be reset, and the timer can also be deactivated when it is not required.

X-Flow technology combines an asymmetrical blade assembly, specially shaped bowl ribs and flow guides in the lid. The ribs improve ingredient circulation while the lid guides preparation back towards the blades, helping maximise mixing volume and produce consistent results.

The blender includes a 5L stainless steel bowl with lid and a removable stainless steel 4-blade assembly, so the principal blending components are ready for use. The bowl has a main handle and a second grip. The removable blade assembly fits inside the bowl, and the bowl locks securely onto the motor base.

Yes. The Robot Coupe BL5 is designed for quiet operation and is presented as the quietest blender on the market, making it easier to use in noise-sensitive areas. Soft-touch handles improve handling, while the watertight lid reduces splatter and mess during blending.

Safety systems detect whether the bowl and lid are correctly locked, and the blender will not run if either is out of position. The motor also stops if the lid opens or the bowl unlocks, while separate protection responds to overheating and excessive loads.

The Robot Coupe BL5 is easy to use, clean and maintain. Unplug it before cleaning and never immerse the motor base; wipe it with a damp cloth or sponge. The blade assembly can be removed with the provided tool and hand-cleaned carefully. The other removable food-contact parts are dishwasher-safe.

The Robot Coupe BL5 measures 215 mm wide, 470 mm deep and 500 mm high. Its net weight is 14kg, and its main and secondary colour are grey. These measurements help operators assess the worktop space and handling requirements before ordering.

This is a single-phase 230V blender operating at 50-60Hz and drawing 6A. A plug is supplied and the appliance must be connected to an earthed socket. Check that the available electrical supply matches the machine before connection.

The Robot Coupe BL5 includes a 1 year parts and labour warranty.

This grey Robot Coupe kitchen blender has EAN barcode 3700231447001. Using the full product name and barcode helps distinguish the BL5 from other Robot Coupe blender models when ordering or checking delivered goods.
