Power through prep for 50 to 400 covers with the CL50 Robot Coupe vegetable preparation machine. The 500W high-performance induction motor delivers fast, consistent slicing, ripple cutting, grating, dicing, shredding and French fries. Lateral ejection feeds the finished product straight into GN pans or separate food trays, keeping benches clear and accelerating service.
Versatility comes from two hoppers – a large capacity opening for bulky produce and a precise cylindrical hopper in 58mm and 39mm sizes for long or delicate ingredients. Removable parts simplify cleaning and changeovers, whilst a magnetic safety system, motor brake, safety stop and lever-activated auto restart support safe, efficient batch work.
