Customise your chilled food selection with this Roller Grill Square Chilled Salad Bar, with four viewing and access windows to regulate the flow of customers in a self-service area. Holding up to a total of 4/1 GN, you can place any combination of gastronorm pans inside to correlate with the food quantities you have to offer. Risk of food contamination is reduced by the glass panels, and additional items such as trays or condiments can be placed on the underside storage shelf. A digital thermostat allows for precise control over the storing temperature of your items.
