The PIW30 Roller Grill induction wok is a high-performance, high efficiency alternative to traditional wok burners. Designed for the busiest kitchens, the induction wok is styled for front of house areas where theatre cooking can really add to the overall dining experience of your guests.
The powerful induction zone covers the full area of the wok zone – 300mm diameter and extends approximately 30mm above the surface of the vitro-ceramic plates, allowing you to stir fry food without losing heat. And at 4mm thick, the durable glass plate will support up to 20kg and is protected with a steel bar along its front.
