Engineered for speed and consistency, the Roller Grill infrared kebab grill delivers up to 50% faster cook times through powerful radiant infrared elements. A 400mm spit handles up to 15kg of doner, shawarma or gyros, with smooth one-hand positioning and adjustable spit-to-element distance to maintain precise cooking as the meat reduces. Independent element control gives complete flexibility for searing, finishing and holding, helping serve perfectly cooked kebabs during the busiest periods.

Built for daily service, the Roller Grill kebab grill features a vitro-ceramic protective glass plate that wipes clean, whilst ceramic insulation focuses heat on the meat to reduce waste and help manage running costs. Sealed elements resist fat ingress, the motor sits safely below the spit, and a bearing support system protects performance under heavy loads. Maintenance is streamlined thanks to a removable rear panel.
