The PIS30 Roller Grill single induction hob is a high-performance, high efficiency cooking solution for professional kitchens. Designed for the busiest kitchens, the hob is styled for front of house areas where theatre cooking can really add to the overall dining experience of your guests.
The powerful induction zone covers 280mm square and extends approximately 30mm above the surface of the vitro-ceramic plate, allowing you to work the food without losing heat. And at 4mm thick, the durable glass plate will support up to 20kg and is protected with a steel bar along its front.
