Hi-touch has even more high-tech features than the Hi-Lite Plus.
¿ Touch-screen panel responds to the touch of a finger.
¿ A choice of 3 different operating modes:
1.COOK: for cooking food according to the timer settings.
2.HOLD: to maintain the dish at a stable temperature. 1 to 8 settings for temperatures between 40 and 70°C.
3.PROGRAM (P1, P2 and P3): cooks and then maintains food at the set temperature. Settings can be stored in the memory.
- Rapid Heat up time 0 – 200ºC in under 20 seconds – allows cooking on demand
- Fitted with Plate detection bar – switches heating elements on and off when loaded and unloaded
- Fitted with 3 High powered heating elements – with a choice of element selection – all 3 on, or individual elements on – again saving energy
- Height adjustable grilling elements – can come down to 25mm above product
- Easy to clean – removable grill tray (water can be placed inside tray to create humidity and reduce “fat flare up”)
- Fitted with push button electronic controls and audible electronic timer
- Supplied with wall bracket
- 304 stainless steel construction
- Must not be placed directly above a heat source!!
