All pans within the Inocuivre range are suitable for most heat sources, except induction. Includes lid.
Maintenance and care: To clean your copper pans, use a copper cleaning paste (see code HZ124 – sold separately). Simply wet a soft sponge with hot water, dip it into the paste, and gently rub the copper surface in circular motions. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly to bring back its original lustre and protect against dulling.
It’s recommended to season this cookware before first use, as this helps protect it from rust while creating a natural coating that reduces food sticking.
